Sourced with Intention

From farm to cup

Every bean we roast is selected for its unique potential. We focus on building lasting relationships with farming cooperatives to ensure sustainable agricultural practices and exceptional cup quality year after year.

Our roasting philosophy is simple: respect the raw ingredient. We tailor our roast profiles to highlight the inherent sweetness, acidity, and distinct geographic characteristics of the green coffee, without ever letting the roast process overshadow the natural flavor.

Understanding Flavor

We categorize our coffees into three primary flavor profiles to help you find the perfect cup for your morning routine.

Fruity & Floral

Bright, vibrant, and complex. These coffees often feature notes of berries, stone fruit, citrus, and delicate florals like jasmine. Typically lighter in body with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Best for Filter

Chocolate & Nutty

Comforting, rich, and highly approachable. Expect prominent notes of milk chocolate, toasted almonds, caramel, and nougat. These coffees offer a smooth, syrupy body.

Great with Milk

Rich & Earthy

Deep, bold, and heavy-bodied. You will find notes of dark cocoa, molasses, subtle spice, and roasted nuts. Perfect for those who prefer a traditional, robust coffee experience.

Common Questions

Details about our roasting and brewing recommendations.

How fresh is the coffee when shipped?
We roast to order. Your coffee is typically dispatched within 48 hours of being roasted, ensuring it arrives at the optimal time for brewing.
Should I order whole bean or ground?
We highly recommend purchasing whole bean coffee and grinding it just before brewing to preserve the volatile aromatics. However, we can grind it for you if needed—just select your brew method at checkout.
What is the best way to store my beans?
Keep your coffee in its original valved bag or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store coffee in the refrigerator.
